Watch our video to see what Steve did to improve his health.
To be healthy you need to…
Training for GPs
We will be giving training to GP surgeries all over Oxfordshire, to help them to deliver good annual health checks. Contact Jess if you’d like to find out more – you can phone her on 01865 204214 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Employment and Wellbeing
OxForward is an Oxford based wellbeing and employment support service that can help you to join sports teams, improve your wellbeing, become a volunteer and find a paid job.
The programme may also help to improve your confidence, make new friends and become happier. If you would like to join you can call 01865 773 578 or email email@example.com.
If you don’t live in Oxfordshire, your local Job Centre Plus should be able to direct you to a similar service.
Easy Health has lots of easy read information about being healthy.
Mencap’s Don’t Miss Out Campaign tells you more about annual health checks and getting on the Learning Disability Register.
