Women’s Self-Advocacy Group

We are a group of women with learning disabilities that meet up every month to talk about issues that matter to us!

We meet at Wesley Memorial Church, New Inn Hall St, Oxford, OX1 2DH.

We meet 12 – 2pm.

Dawn, Co-chair of the Women’s Group says ‘the women’s group has been running for two years. We talk about things that are important to us. I joined the group to help other women.’

Gina says that ‘it is important to have a women’s group to learn about women’s history and women’s health. The best thing about the group is being around friends and having fun.’
