You will need to bring photo ID – bus pass, passport or driving licence.
You also need to bring evidence of your disability. This can include:
- Disabled persons railcard
- Blue Badge
- Certificate of Visual Impairmant
- Hearing Aid battery prescription in your name
- Evidence of government benefits for disability (DLA front page, PIP front page, continuing healthcare package letter, ESA letter, Attendance allowance letter, direct payments for reasons of disability, social care package for reasons of disability, an official signed document or letter from GP, social worker, nurse etc confirming a disability)
